Parents who send their kids to a reputable Christian school should cooperate with the institution in instilling the values of education and good character to their kids. Obviously many children today crave for attention thus they constantly get into trouble just to gain it. Be reminded that these schools can only implement disciplinary actions when needed but they cannot completely change your child into an obedient tyke overnight. They need your support to ensure that their guidelines are followed outside the classroom.

Academic performance is not the basis of excellence in these schools. They are more concern of instilling every child Christ-like character to uphold their character. Usually they ask parents to participate in the curriculum but unfortunately many dodge this.

Sadly many parents fail to understand that money cannot replace their presence. They practically depend on teachers and nannies to perform their parental obligations thinking that a child would be satisfied with material things. Such negligence directs a child to misbehave.

Coordinate with their professor and allot enough time to address the misbehavior. Always go about the institutions guidelines to assist you. Make sure that the child understands the connection between the Holy Scripture and their daily living. Be a good example so he could absorb its value.

Allow him to mingle with others. Let them choose their friends. Do not implore corporal punishment in case you feel that they are going out with the wrong crowd. Talk to him and give him suggestions. Allow him to be his own person. However not spare the rod in case he commits something untoward.

A Christian School can only prepare your child for a better future. It cannot dictate how he would turn out though. As a parent, you have to be on guard to avoid the child from becoming a delinquent. You have to give him time to secure that the values that he learns inside the classroom can be applied in real life.
